We cook from scratch while we are on the road. It’s not always convenient, but it can be done. If you have access to a kitchenette, pack your Instant Pot and some cast iron bread pans and you can even have fresh bread while you are on the road! And if you’re flying, I’ve measured, and next time I fly, I’m going to even pack my little 3-quart Instant Pot in my carry-on so that I can have food that I can eat while I’m away.
