Homemade Boursin Garlic & Herb Cheese:
For 1 gallon of milk, stir in the following:
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
3/4 tsp onion powder
2 tsp dried parsley
Adjust the seasonings to your own tastes. I have also tried this recipe with dill for a little added punch and it’s got a little flare reminiscent of Ranch dressing.
