I had a fun morning talking about herbs with some local moms today. 🌿
Lemon cranberry relish for the year is made. Now to let it sit for two weeks. I tried one jar with lime this year to see how it turns out. Recipe on the blog. Click on the “Since Your Last Visit” page for the most recent posts.
My oldest was in the mood for an omelet this morning so here is a Homegrown Breakfast: omelet filled with sautéed onions mushrooms and homegrown tomatoes and kale made with fresh eggs from a friend, topped with homemade ricotta salatta cheese, parsley from the garden, and organic hot peppers, with homemade sourdough bread with butter, and hot Christmas spice coffee! ❤️
Early morning pressing of the cheese. 🧀
