A beautiful loaf of bread! #speltsourdough #emilehenry #emilehenryitalianbaker #sourdoughsandwichbread #sourdoughsandwichloaf
Honey spelt sourdough Batard.
Honey white whole wheat batard.
Look at the beautiful purple color on this cabbage ferment. This is great on top of tacos or any Mexican food. Napa cabbage, red cabbage, cilantro, yellow onion, and green onion. Sometimes I add garlic and jalapeƱos too if I want it spicy.
